Opening evening of the Music Restaurant ‘Dama Sparhi’ the new haunt of Theo Roubanis.
Among the Guest singers was Zanet Kapougia who since then paricipates in the program with Greek and Latin songs performing every Thursday evening .

Μία υπέροχη μουσική βραδιά του Δεκεμβρίου 2014, με την παρέα των αδερφών Τζαβάρα, τα γνωστά Τζαβαράκια, και τον Θόδωρο Ρουμπάνη, στο καινούριο στέκι ‘Ντάμα σπαθί’, Δημοκρίτου 3, στο Κολωνάκι.
Ξαναθυμηθήκαμε παλαιά και νέα τραγούδια γεμάτα νοσταλγία για την ατμόσφαιρα της παρέας που τόσο μας έχει λείψει.

ARISTOTEL ONASIS AND TZAKY MUSICAL, by Theodore Roubanis.
This video was taken, in Athens Greece, on the 11th of May 2013.
It is the first live performance of a song from an unpublished musical, composed (Music and lyrics) by Theo Roubanis, for Aristotel Onasis, at the time he announced to friends his decision to get married with Tzaky Kennedy.
The year was then 1985.
The musical was not actually put on stage, due to sudden death of the producer.
This video is the first public performance of only one part of the musical, “Aristotle Onasis song”. It is the first time the existence of this work, was revealed by the composer.
The song is describing a scene, in a board room, where his friends and colleagues, asked him to be very careful.
Onasis replied, determined to do it his way and to experience every moment of this because he loved her.

Το βίντεο αυτό πάρθηκε, κάτω από δύσκολες συνθήκες, στην αίθουσα Αίτιο στην Αθήνα την 11η Μαΐου 2013.
Είναι η πρώτη εκτέλεση ενός τραγουδιού από ένα ανέκδοτο musical που έγραψε ο Θεόδωρος Ρουμπάνης για τον Αριστοτέλη Ωνάση, τον καιρό που ανακοίνωσε στους φίλους και συνεργάτες την απόφασή του να παντρευτεί την Τζάκη,
Το έτος που γράφτηκε το έργο ήταν το 1985.
Το μουσικοχορευτικό έργο δεν πρόλαβε να ανέβει σε σκηνή λόγω του θανάτου του παραγωγού.
Το βίντεο αποτυπώνει την πρώτη δημόσια εκτέλεση ενός μόνο από τα τραγούδια του έργου, «Το τραγούδι του Αριστοτέλη Ωνάση» που για πρώτη φορά ανακοινώθηκε από τον συνθέτη.
Το τμήμα αυτό του έργου περιγράφει την σκηνή μέσα στην αίθουσα συμβουλίου που οι φίλοι και συνεργάτες τον προτρέπουν να είναι πολύ προσεκτικός.
Ο Ωνάσης απάντησε ότι ήταν αποφασισμένος και ότι θα ζούσε κάθε στιγμή όπως αυτός ήθελε, την αγαπούσε.

A group of old friends that were studying in London during 1965-6 met in Athens at a typical Greek taverna «KYRA» where Theo Roubanis accompanied by his friends with their guitars were performing old Greek and English songs.
Persons present included Nick Nikolaidis, Mike Vasilakis with his wife Bela Vasilaki Kouzou, Nick Kouzos with his wife Vanda Roubani, Tasos Bardis with his wife and family.
The event took place on Saturday 26th of January 2013.

Μια ρεμπέτική βραδιά με φίλους του Νίκου και της Βάντας στο σπίτι τους στη Βούλα, τέλος Ιουνίου 2012-06-27.
Μεταξύ των φίλων ήταν ο Μάνος και η Σάρα Καρπαθάκη, ο Γιάννης και η Ελένη Παπαδημητρίου, ο Κώστας Παπαδημητρίου, το ζεύγος Πάνου Σούκου, η Μαρία Μπουχάτζαρ, η Χριστίνα Ρουμπάνη με τον Πατέρα της Θεόδωρο Ρουμπάνη και τους φίλους τους.
Στο μπουζούκι και την κιθάρα ήταν ο Νικόλας από την Νέα Μάκρη με την παρέα του.
Το βίντεο το αφιερώνω σε όλους τους φίλους που παραβρέθηκαν και ιδιαιτέρως στη Χριστίνα Ρουμπάνη που ήλθε κατ’ ευθείαν από την Μόσχα όπου συμμετείχε στους Ευρωπαϊκούς Τελικούς του Beach Volley.
